PAYMENTS
We accept payments through GCash and BDO Bank Transfers.
If you wish to process your payment in a different method other than mentioned above, send us an email at info@hooni.ph or message us on instagram @hooni.ph and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
Below are the estimated delivery time frames upon payment confirmation:
Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
Provincial Areas: 3-7 business days
International: 4-15 business days
If you wish to expedite your delivery (within Metro Manila only), send us a message on instagram (@hooni.ph) and we’ll work something out.
Please note that international shipping fees exclude duties & taxes charged by your local customs authority.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase. All items have gone through quality checking prior to dispatch.
If you find an issue with your item, please email us at info@hooni.ph within 3 days upon receipt of order and we'll assess its eligibility for exchange. Due to the nature of our products, we only allow exchanges for unopened and unused items.
